Recipe questions, corrections, technique arguments, and gear advice before you buy are all fair game. If a number on this site looks off or a method deserves pushback, tell us, because when a page is wrong we want it fixed. And if you’re standing at the butcher counter unsure what to grab, we’d rather you just ask.
Same goes for tri tip spots. If you run, or just love, a restaurant or butcher shop that does tri tip right, send it our way and we’ll check it out for the locator. The map grows one good tip at a time.
